Sir Pelham Grenville Wodehouse was an English author most famous for the Jeeves and Wooster stories of the English Upper Classes.
He was born in Guildford, the son of a British magistrate based in Hong Kong. Wodehouse was educated at Dulwich College, to which he remained devoted all his life. He was born on 15 October 1881and died on 14 February 1975.
