The Hyman Collection has an extensive archive of material about John Blakemore. Over many years we have acquired work from Blakemore himelf, ranging from exhibition prints to unique artist's books. We have now added to this an extensive archive from the estate of Blakemore's friend, the photographer Richard Sadler. The archive complements that of the Birmingham Public Library and includes material not found in that collection or elsewhere.
