This image shows British two leading ladies of 1979, Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and Queen Elizabeth II. The image itself has been framed with pencil, white paint, and orange marker pen to square the cropped image that would be used for press publication. Beneath these marks, someone has written in pencil, '2 col x 2 Above the framed image, it is written in blue pen, '3 -cal Thatcher 3 W/5 - 1st'.
A caption above the image further explains:

'Queen and ministers
Queen Elizabeth II, center, chats with British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher [circled in red pen] during a dinner for participants in the Commonweath summit conference at the Zambian capital of Lusaka. Looking on, right, is the prime minister of Canada, Joe Clark.on the reverse is a typed label that reads, 'Thatcher Margaret'.
Stamped over the label is the first of three date stamps. This first date stamp is for, 'AUG 2 1979 E'. The second date stamp, located just beneath this label, is for, 'JUL 27 1986 M'. A third date stamp is for, '79 JUL 26 AM 8 14'.
Another stamp on the reverse reads, 'OTHER'.
Additionally, written over the label, is the number, '-96'.
Lastly, on the reverse is a barcode sticker number, 'AFV-914-BS'.
