"Told you there were more weird floating heads to come! Those lazy little eyes make their expressions so exaggerated and comical, I feel like I could do a whole collection, almost like a range of bizarre emojis... except perhaps a little more niche... I mean, this one is not quite as straightforward as a laugh/cry or an eye roll, is it? This is more like "I just came in here for something and now I have no recollection of what I'm doing here... I am king of idiots." ...And I just invented an emoji for it. You're welcome. I would love to hear what else you might use this dumbstruck little face for!
