Signed, titled, dated and numbered 15089 and annotated VINTAGE PRINT C.65 on verso.

One of Mayne's largest early prints.

This exceptional street scene is characteristic of Mayne's work of the later 1950s when he frequented the streets of West London and was especially drawn to the lives of the children he saw in the streets.

This vintage print is one of Mayne's largest. It was produced as an exhibition print prior to Mayne's major show at the Arnolfini Gallery in Bristol in 1965.
