This image shows Margaret Thatcher waving both hands in celebration of her sixtieth birthday. The image is marked in orange paint and pencil to frame a tighter version for press publication.

A caption further explains:

'(NY99-Oct. 7)GOING STRONG AT SIXTY-Margaret Thatcher will be 60 years old Sunday. She's a robust woman raring to get re-elected and carry through the revolution she unleashed when she became Britain's first woman prime minister. Over the label the reverse has been date stamped for, 'OCT 14 1985 E'.

An additional stamp on the reverse reads, 'OTHER'.

Beside it, the reverse has an attached barcode sticker numbered, 'AFV-928-BS'.

Finally, there appears to have been an additional attached sticker that has since been removed.
